When ordered on a weekday before 15:00, the order will be shipped the same (working) day FREE OF CHARGE . With a normal PostNL service schedule, the order will in principle be delivered the next day. Sometimes PostNL takes a little longer than the usual 1-2 delivery days, for example due to bad weather conditions, the holidays or other delays.
(Germany)

Delivery by PostNL/DHL
We ship all orders via PostNL/DHL. In most cases, you do not have to stay home, because your order will be delivered through the letterbox to your doormat. Do you want to be able to track your order? Then you can choose to send with 'Track & Trace' during the checkout process. We will then send the package as a letterbox package, the advantage of this is that you do not have to stay home but you can track the package using a tracking code. There are costs of €4.95 involved if this option is chosen.
Returns
Received the wrong product?
That is annoying, of course our apologies for this. You can indicate this by sending an e-mail to info@10watches.nl so that we can solve this for you immediately.
Do you want to return your order?
How annoying to hear that you are not satisfied with your order. We can also exchange it if necessary. You can report your order within 30 days after cancellation. After this, you also have 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount, via your chosen payment method, refunded.
If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
After submitting a return request, our webshop has a period of 14 days to refund the full order amount. We strive to make this process as fast and efficient as possible.
10watches would like to offer the products for the best possible price. Unfortunately, we cannot also reimburse the return costs of your return to 10watches. We hope for your understanding.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can easily track your package.

Apple Watch
There are currently 7 different sizes of the Apple Watch available. (38mm - 40mm - 41mm -42mm - 44mm - 45mm - 49mm)
On the back of the Apple Watch you will find the number of mm of your Apple Watch in small format.
When choosing the right size for your desired strap, you can choose from 2 different sizes. Namely: 45/44/42mm or 41/40/38mm
Make sure that the number of mm on the back of your Apple Watch corresponds to 1 of the sizes.
For example, if you have a 44mm watch, choose the 45/44/42mm option.
Do you have an Apple Watch Ultra (49mm)? Then choose the 45/44/42mm option.
For our cases, make sure that the number of mm matches the number of mm of your Apple Watch.

Sure! We can easily exchange the wrong strap/case for the desired size. Send an email to info@10watches.nl and we will arrange it for you immediately.
