Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a weekday will be shipped FREE the same business day. With our carrier's regular schedule (DHL/DPD/PostNL), orders will be delivered within 1-5 business days. Sometimes, due to inclement weather, holidays, or other delays, our carrier may take a little longer than the usual 1-5 business days.

(Rest of Europe)

Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a weekday will be shipped FREE the same business day. With our carrier's normal delivery schedule (DHL/DPD/PostNL), orders will be delivered within 3-12 business days. Sometimes, due to inclement weather, holidays, or other delays, our carrier may take a little longer than the usual 3-12 business days.

Delivery by PostNL/DHL
We ship all orders via PostNL/DHL. In most cases, you don't need to be home for delivery, as your order will arrive through your letterbox. Would you like to track your order? You can choose "Shipping with Track & Trace" during checkout. We will then send the package as a letterbox-sized package. The advantage of this is that you don't need to be home, but you can still track it using a tracking code. There is a €4.95 fee for this option.

Received the wrong product?
That's unfortunate, and we apologize for this. Please let us know by sending an email to info@10watches.nl so we can resolve this for you immediately.

Do you want to return your order?

We're sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your order. We can also exchange it for another product. You can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it. After that, you have another 14 days to return it. You'll then receive a full refund via your chosen payment method.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the retailer with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to sell it, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

After submitting a return request, our online store has 14 days to refund the full order amount. We strive to make this process as quick and efficient as possible.

10watches wants to offer its products at the best possible price. Unfortunately, this means we cannot cover the return costs for your return to 10watches. We appreciate your understanding.

Apple Watch

There are currently 7 different sizes of the Apple Watch available. (38mm - 40mm - 41mm -42mm - 44mm - 45mm - 49mm)

On the back of the Apple Watch you will find the number of mm of your Apple Watch in small format.

When choosing the right size for your desired strap, you can choose from 2 different sizes. Namely: 45/44/42mm or 41/40/38mm

Make sure that the number of mm on the back of your Apple Watch corresponds to 1 of the sizes.

For example, if you have a 44mm watch, choose the 45/44/42mm option.

Do you have an Apple Watch Ultra (49mm)? Then choose the 45/44/42mm option.

For our cases, make sure that the number of mm matches the number of mm of your Apple Watch.

Sure! We can easily exchange the wrong strap/case for the desired size. Send an email to info@10watches.nl and we will arrange it for you immediately.

How annoying to hear that you are not satisfied with your order. We can also exchange it for a different size/color. You can report your order within 30 days after cancellation. After this you also have 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount refunded via your chosen payment method.
