Complaints

It can always happen that something doesn't go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing info@10watches.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil .

It is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.

Guarantee

At 10watches, the quality of our products comes first. That is why we offer a standard warranty of at least three months on all our items. In addition, we ensure quick handling of warranty claims.

Our warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect or intensive use, fall and impact damage, unless stated otherwise.

However, this guarantee does not exclude that you as a consumer can always count on the legal guarantee. This means that our products must meet the expectations you may reasonably have.

Often asked

If you place an order before 3:00 PM, we will ship the order the same day on working days!

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can easily track your package.

Didn't you receive an email? Check your spam box. If you don't find it there, send an email to info@10watches.nl. We will then immediately send you the tracking information!

(Netherlands and Belgium)

If you order before 3:00 PM on a weekday, the order will be shipped FREE the same (working) day. With a normal PostNL timetable, the order will in principle be delivered the next day. Sometimes PostNL takes a little longer than the usual 1-2 delivery days, for example due to bad weather conditions, the holidays or other delays.

(Germany)

If you order before 3:00 PM on a weekday, the order will be shipped FREE the same (working) day. With a normal timetable of our carrier (DHL/DPD/PostNL), the order will be delivered in 2-5 working days. Sometimes our carrier takes a little longer than the usual 2-5 delivery days, for example due to bad weather conditions, the holidays or other delays.

(Rest of Europe)

If you order before 3:00 PM on a weekday, the order will be shipped FREE the same (working) day. With a normal timetable of our carrier (DHL/DPD/PostNL), the order will be delivered in 2-7 working days. Sometimes our carrier takes a little longer than the usual 2-7 delivery days, for example due to bad weather conditions, the holidays or other delays.

Apple Watch

There are currently 7 different sizes of the Apple Watch available. (38mm - 40mm - 41mm -42mm - 44mm - 45mm - 49mm)

On the back of the Apple Watch you will find the number of mm of your Apple Watch in small format.

When choosing the right size for your desired strap, you can choose from 2 different sizes. Namely: 45/44/42mm or 41/40/38mm

Make sure that the number of mm on the back of your Apple Watch corresponds to 1 of the sizes.

For example, if you have a 44mm watch, choose the 45/44/42mm option.

Do you have an Apple Watch Ultra (49mm)? Then choose the 45/44/42mm option.

For our cases, make sure that the number of mm matches the number of mm of your Apple Watch.

Sure! We can easily exchange the wrong strap/case for the desired size. Send an email to info@10watches.nl and we will arrange it for you immediately.

How annoying to hear that you are not satisfied with your order. We can also exchange it for a different size/color. You can report your order within 30 days after cancellation. After this you also have 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount refunded via your chosen payment method.
